Do you remember the exact moment you fell in love? Or did your love just blossom over time? Do you have someone in your life that you love so much, that you could not imagine life without them?

There is nothing more precious than a lasting love relationship that grows and, one day brings forth fruit. We all want the Husband/Wife, The house, The Car, The Dog and One Day Children. It is just the natural path that love takes two people when it is that special kind of love. The one you know can last forever if you both work on it.

In every small town in America you will hear the Early Childhood Prevention Teachers, teaching good dental health to their class room kids and to their parents.

It is a known fact that in most low income families good dental care is one of the last things that the family worries about. So teaching a child to brush 3 times a day or after each meal may not be routine.

It is highly recommended that even babies have their gums cleaned after each bottle. It helps mom to recognize any new teeth growing and if there is a problem with... more

The Cutie in this picture belongs to me. He is my 2 year old grandson Devin. Even at this tender age he is loaded with social skills. He flirts with people and wins them with his smile and his silly tactics.

However his Auntie April is not like him. She has problems with her social skills and she does not keep friends very well. She does not have trouble making friends. It is just her process of being a friend and learning to keep a friendship growing that she has trouble with.

This is a pretty normal reality for some adopted and... more

Blood Does Not Mean Family

It is a known fact that a man and a woman meet and, they fall in love and, then go on to marry and, then they bond and have children.

There was no blood factor involved in the creation of this family, until they together made children. What was present and what made them a couple way before they ever decided to become parents...had nothing to do with Blood. It had everything to do with Love.

So where along the way life got all mixed up and people began this "Your my blood" issue. Which I strongly believe in family supporting one another and making the bond stronger day by... more

Kids and Animals

One of the best ways to establish a bonding relationship with children is through pet ownership. Allowing a child to have a pet that they must care for on their own. Teaches them to be responsible. It teaches them how to nurture and to provide all the things the pet needs to survive and be healthy.

As they learn to nurture a pet. You will see them beginning to care emotionally for the pet. This is the first step to learning to bond. The comfort and compassion they begin to show the pet and they also get back from the pet. Will teach them that it is ok to trust and love something.

Meditation For Children

I am not one to boast about any of the new age movements. However the new guided meditation series for children I believe may be helpful to many troubled kids.

NewAgekids.Com states that "Meditation encourages imagination and creativity, focuses the mind, increases concentration, resolves the issues that cause nightmares, and helps with hyperactivity." www.newagekids.com

If this is true then many children can benefit from this area of self help.

They believe that in training the child to meditate it will help the child focus and learn to over come nightmares and tone down the hyperactivity. That many of the children experience.

Our Fourth of July, Independance Day is soon approaching us again. Every year at this time I always think of all the blessings we have shared together through out the years.

My father was a World War II Verteran. He was injured in Germany as he tried to save 9 civilians and get them to safety. When he was shot the others ran and left him there to die. But my father was a strong man and he crawled his way to the medic unit. He had been shot through and through. His stomach and back still riddled with straphenal.

He woke up six weeks... more
