I bet everyone of us knows a "Grumpy Bear" when we see one. They huff and puff and growl their way through the day.
Nothing seems to go their way.
They never take time to say a kind word to anyone. They just grumble under their breath and let their presence be known.
You do not have to ask if they like what you are doing because the scowl on their face says it all.
There just is no way of pleasing that bear.
Our Family owns one from time to time. If he is not eating, sleeping or watching T. V. he is grumbling about something. He keeps growling and scowling until he gets Momma Bear to notice he is being a burr in her butt.
Then he crawls off to his cave to lick his wounds.
He knows better than to bug momma bear. He may growl but momma bear carries a mean bite. (Hehehe)
Anyone else out there trying to train a grumpy bear for their circus?
We know when our grumpy bear starts to growl that he needs some vacation time. Time to lay out in the sun and get his fur warmed. Time to feed himself on a picnic basket. Or to play in the water and get a cool drink. Anything to turn his growl in to a low roar.
To much work and no play can turn anyones day into a mess. When you are living in high stress some times you have to just go with the flow. It is hard to say don't let it bother you but what else can you do.
So if your life is sounding like a new episode of the Three Bears....Do something to change it. Get out of the house and toss a football around. Go for a drive. Change the scenery any way you can to put a fresh grip on the day.
Everything will look much brighter if you just take some time to breath and enjoy life around you.
