Making Holiday Gift Baskets can be a fun project for the whole family. Getting the kids involved is a great way to help inspire the family to be in the Christmas spirit.

Here is a quick and aasy way to make fun gifts for neighbors and family:

  1. Find some inexpensive containers at your local dollar store.

  2. Pick up A Christmas dish towel or any other holiday trinket that you would like to give in the basket also from the dollar store.

  3. Choose a few of the recipes from the link below for the children to create.

  4. Add a dozen of your home baked cookies.

  5. Drop in a few candy canes.

  6. Cover with wrapping paper or Saran wrap.

  7. Add a name tag and you are good to go.

This will make a great gift for neighbors or for anyone who stops by unexpected over the holidays. Everyone loves the personal touch that goes into any home baked goods. Or craft creations.

This is another fun way to get the whole family involved and keep the kids busy and in the spirit of giving. Check out:
