One of the best programs by far is the Federally Funded Program that crosses the states of America to help families and children in numerous ways.

How Do You Find Out What Programs Your State Offers:
1). Look for Community Action Programs by contacting your local FIA to find what programs are available.
2). Realize in each state the name of the program and the programs that are available in your state can vary.
3). Usually you will need a shut off notice to receive help with Utility Bills in this program.
4). You can log on to your local community web site to see what is offered.
5). Fill out the applications for Head Start Programs and get them filled out and back in so your child can enjoy the programs.
Pictures at the top of this Blog are from our Michigan Eight CAP Programs. I had my daughter Angela enrolled in these programs and she excels now in her schooling. My grandchildren will also be going into this program next year.
In the communities in Mid Michigan where the economy is lacking because of job availability, these programs are life savers for needy families.
By far they are treasured programs for children of low income families.
