Creepy sounds of leafs at large. Whispering winds and dark colored cars. Ghost's and Goblin's and Withces OH MY ~!
Then the Noise of that popular cry ....TRICK OR TREAT.

Well it is time to think about buying Halloween treats for those little munchkin that will cry out at your door.

Halloween is one of my daughters favorite times of the year. She loves going to our neighbors homes and saying Trick or Treat and showing off her costume. I just wish it were more safe out there
for all of our kids.

Of course we add pumpkin flash lights and bright colored costumes to our kids decor....we drive behind them or let them Trick or Treat in groups.
Some of us take out the trick or treating and go to a Halloween party where it is sure to be so much safer.

I just wish that it could be as much fun as it was when I was the little goblin out there screeching Trick or Treat. We hardly heard of tainted candy or someone speeding down the streets or mean neighbors causing problems.

Life changes and I guess we must all change with it.
However I encourage all parents to make good memories for their kids. Let them be creative and dress up. Let them attend haunted houses and pumpkin patches topped off with donuts and apple cider. Give them treasured memories of things that go bump (for fun) in the night.

Throw a big Halloween party at your place. A few decorations and some punch, chips and hot dogs. Each kid must be dressed in costume and have a bag of candy to enter the house party. Then you are assured that everyone will have lots of fun and still have some candy to take home.

I'm a fond one of giving spooky toys as gifts. Like spider rings and light up pumpkins. One of the Cool Places I buy from for our Halloween party is Oriental Trading Company. http://www.orientaltrading.com/ here is another cool place to buy party supplies in bulk too....

With a little time and a few bucks you can throw a great party and make good memories for holidays like Halloween. Party ON happy Parents.
