It is time to think about the new year that is fast approaching. Many of us will be making resolutions. Many of us will break them before the end of the first day. Some of us are old and wise enough to give up on making them ~!
Here are just a few tips of wisdom On my top 10 list:
1.) Never put off today what you will dread to do tomorrow.
2.) If it sounds to good to be true, it's not true so don't waste your time trying to figure it out.
3.) Nothing worth having ever comes easy. It takes hard work and a desire to have something if it is of any value at all.
4.) Do not tell kids to remember important things.
We all know that they forget or do not comprehend half of what we say to them. So save time and write it down.
5.) Try not to make a promise you're not sure you can keep.
6.) If someone smiles at you, smile back. They won't notice all the wrinkles when the see a happy crack in your face.
7.) Love with your whole heart and soul. Not to is pointless.
8.) Time can heal all things... but only if you want it to be healed and allow it to happen.
9.) A new year is a fresh start on tomorrow's history.
10.) It isn't worth reading a top ten list if you do not learn anything. So which one of these do you like most?
Remember your manners. Say please, thank you, excuse me, pardon me and don't laugh when someone passes gas in the elevator. Oops that last one is personal. It was my mom's rule for me when she passed gas after I laughed while in the elevator.
See, some things we never forget. Giggle (sorry mom)
