Well it is hard to keep a straight face when you are standing in a court room full of misbehaving teenagers who are being sentenced to Saturday Cleaning Details.

It seems that this group of rowdy kids decided to give the class administrator of their Tabacco Program a very hard time. Each got written up for probation violations and the Judge was not to happy to see them.

I have never heard more whining in my life except when my dog Bessie gave birth to 11 puppies. This group of teens who thought they were A one cool guys
ended up looking like A one cry babies.

They are spending the next 4 Saturday helping clean the public facilities in the parks, city hall, jail guard areas and any other friendly toilet that the police officers on detail can find for them.

I wanted to burst out laughing but I didn't. I just wish the Judge would do more community projects like this and help knock down the attitudes of more of the unreasonable teens in our community these days.

I think they are calling this detail "Saturday work shops for teens." They also invited any of the other parents with kids on probation to sign their kids up for the work shops and they will give Community Service Credits for it.

Now you know if I had an unruly teen where they would be the next few Saturdays don't you. Hehehe
I'd be right there to watch too.

It is time for kids to find a little more respect for their families, parents, teachers and authoritive figures as well as their community.
I think we have spoiled them by giving them a free ride and it is about time we wake them up.
This is one time I am cheering on the judge.
We shall see how it goes over.
