There are a lot of kids out there just waiting to have a loving family to call their own. The older they get the less likely they will be adopted.
Everybody thinks that if you adopt, you need a young child so you can teach it good manners and it won’t be so hard to raise. Or they go for the cuddly babies.
While I am sure every child needs a good family, I am absolutely sure that the older children out there are just as deserving of a good home and family life.
Recently I checked out the web site Rainbowkids.com.
I wanted to kick myself because I am almost done raising all my kids and here I am thinking of adopting more.
I adopted 4 and took on the 5 brother also, so I have five that call me mom. I have two grandsons now but still, I see the faces and think one more child can’t hurt. So who knows what the future holds.
I would love to invite anyone who stops in and reads this article to take a look at that site. There are some beautiful faces listed there. Maybe one of those children belong in your life.
